We have a wide variety of feeding areas that have an upwards of 19 different varieties of forage species to help produce the highest quality of beef you can choose to put on your table.This is requires a lot of time and education. We are a family farm that believes in quality of service. We do not raise our beef for mass commercial production.
All meat is inspected at the plant by one of our representatives to maintain the integrity of our product.
Beef is USDA Certified & Prime Choice. We also use a local processor on occasion to keep our business in our community.
 
**History of "The Gambler". The Gambler is a beef package that is set by the price of the client and built by David Marik. The client never knows what cuts she will receive, but we can tell you that we have never had a complaint.
